Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement explains the subscription membership service provided by Pintoa. By purchasing or using a membership, you agree to this Agreement, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the App Store purchase rules.
Membership Benefits
A Pintoa membership may unlock premium decision tools, unlimited destiny wheel benefits where supported, advanced choice lab access, ad-prompt-free use of AI choice analysis and future consequence simulation, premium member badges, exclusive visual styles, and a cleaner app experience.
Subscription Plans
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, according to the plan you selected.
Billing and Management
All subscription billing is handled by Apple through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Free Trials and Promotions
If a free trial or promotional offer is available, its terms will be displayed before purchase. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription may renew as a paid subscription according to the displayed plan.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewal at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. After cancellation, membership benefits remain available until the end of the already paid billing period, unless otherwise required by applicable rules.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Pintoa does not directly process App Store payment refunds.
Changes to Membership
We may update membership benefits, plan availability, or supported features to improve the service or comply with platform requirements. Any material subscription terms shown during purchase are controlled by the App Store purchase page.
