Pintoa is designed for adults aged 18 and older. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what remains only on your device.
We only collect and process the following app-related information: your user ID, coin balance and coin purchase status, and subscription status. We do not collect your name, address, phone contacts, photos, location, health information, financial account information, or message content.
Your choice entries, wheel options, notes, local history, regret museum content, and other personal app content are stored on your device for app functionality. This content is not collected by Pintoa.
We use the limited information above to provide account identification inside the app, maintain coin balances, recognize subscription access, support purchase-related functionality, and operate the core app experience.
Pintoa offers subscriptions and coin purchases. Payment processing is handled through the App Store. We receive purchase or subscription status needed to unlock app features, but we do not receive your full payment card details.
We do not sell your personal information. We may rely on Apple and standard app platform services to process purchases, subscriptions, and app distribution.
Pintoa is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, do not use the app.
We retain user ID, coin, and subscription information only as needed to provide app access and purchase-related features. Device-stored content remains under your control on your device.
