Terms of Use (EULA): Apple's Standard End User License Agreement Membership terms apply to subscriptions. Review the Membership Agreement.These Terms govern your use of Pintoa. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
Eligibility
Pintoa is intended for users aged 18 and older. Do not use the app if you are under 18.
App Purpose
Pintoa provides decision wheels, choice comparison, scenario prompts, history tools, and private reflection features for personal organization and entertainment. Results are prompts only and should not be treated as professional advice.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for decisions you make. Do not rely on Pintoa for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions.
Purchases
Pintoa offers subscriptions and coin purchases. Prices, billing periods, free trials if any, renewals, and cancellation options are shown in the App Store purchase flow and are managed through your Apple ID.
Coins
Coins are virtual app items used only within Pintoa. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are subject to availability of supported in-app features.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect app changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
